All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Video Recording Requirement for Defective or Damaged Products:
- Video Recording: To be eligible for a return due to a defective or damaged product, customers must record a video of the product upon receipt. The video should clearly show the defect or damage.
- Video Submission: Customers must submit the video within 1 day of receiving the product.
- Video Requirements: The video must be clear, well-lit, and recorded in a single, uninterrupted take. The customer's face should be visible in the video.
- Video Failure: If a customer fails to provide a satisfactory video, their return may be denied.
